Cancellation Policy

StagePro Cancellation Fees Policy –

Please be advised that cancellations made up to [72 hours] before a scheduled event via [email, text, phone call] will incur no penalty.

Cancellations made [48 hours] before event will be subject to a charge of [40% hire rate].

If the client cancels the event with less than [24 hours notice, not including weather call arrangements], and/or the event will not proceed at a later date, a 80% of the quoted hire fee will apply.
